1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking transportation services with Texas Bus Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.
2. Services Provided
Texas Bus Services provides charter bus and van transportation services for:
- Wedding transportation and guest shuttles
- Corporate events and employee shuttles
- School and team transportation
- Airport group transfers
- Sporting events and tours
- Church and community events
- Conferences and conventions
3. Reservations and Deposits
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
- Full balance is due 30 days before the trip date
- Bookings within 30 days require full payment at booking
- We accept credit cards, checks, and wire transfers
4. Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before: Full refund minus deposit
- 7-29 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
Rescheduling is subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than 7 days notice may incur additional charges.
5. Pricing Structure
Our all-inclusive pricing covers:
- Garage-to-garage service (mileage from our depot to your pickup and back)
- Professional driver time and compensation
- Fuel and service charge
- Insurance coverage
Additional charges disclosed upfront:
- Overtime beyond booked hours
- Tolls (if applicable)
- Parking (if required)
6. Passenger Responsibilities
- No smoking on all vehicles
- Alcohol only with prior approval (beer/wine only, no glass containers, all passengers must be 21+)
- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle
- Respectful behavior toward driver and other passengers is required
- All passengers must remain seated while vehicle is in motion
7. Safety and Compliance
All our vehicles and drivers comply with:
- Department of Transportation regulations (DOT #4411537)
- TxDMV licensing requirements
- Full insurance coverage
- Driver drug testing and background checks
- Regular vehicle maintenance schedules
8. Limitation of Liability
Texas Bus Services is not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, road closures, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
9. Service Changes
We reserve the right to substitute equipment of equal or greater capacity if necessary. You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
